Interferential Stimulation

IFT is a widely used drug-free non-invasive electrotherapeutic modality for treating pain in physiotherapy. The Interferential Therapy (IFT) treatment sends small amounts of electric currents to stimulate tissues, thereby reducing swelling, relieving pain, and offering a whole host of other health benefits.

This method of therapy uses medium frequency currents in two- and four-pole configurations to produce a low-frequency stimulation effect. IFT helps in accelerating the healing process and restoring normal movement.
